We meet with our new clients on a one to one basis to discuss a brief and work out initial terms. We use this opportunity to get to know customers and gain an understanding of things like brand image. product placement and design portfolios. We inform our clients of a brief outline of the time frame and scopes of work for the proposed projects and discuss any ideas they have regarding layout and details.
During this stage we are formulating ideas for our client regarding store concepts and layout options. We produce high quality rendered representations of the store images and discuss furnishings, lighting, space requirements and planning etc. Once agreed we will deal with centre management, local authorities and unit landlords if necessary to lodge applications and design proposals for prospective projects.
The next step is to create detailed construction plans for our joiners, installers and construction team to follow. Our design team work in close partnership with the various trades staff to produce bespoke furniture, cabinets, and other items to embellish your new store. We use innovative design techniques to create visually stunning stores and efficient designs. All our products are pre fabricated in our workshop and installed on site for maximum efficiency and less cost to our client.
The last step in our works process is the build and install phase. Our teams carry out the necessary unit preparations such as demolition works, plastering, painting , flooring, plumbing etc. Once this is complete our electricians will work in tandem with our installers and joiners to build and install the necessary furnishings and unit components with maximum efficiency and excellence in quality. Finally, you our client, will receive the key to your brand new unit, on time, within budget, and ready to begin trading…. It’s that easy!
